We designed and built the entire ScanBot EXPO platform from scratch, starting in Figma and developing it on the Symfony framework. With interactive product demos, prize giveaways and brand quizzes, we gave attendees a real reason to scan their badges. That extra engagement led to a noticeable increase in the data collected, while telling the client’s brand story in a fun, memorable way.
We supported the project from start to finish, from the first ideas and wireframes to installing it at the event ourselves. A simple admin dashboard gave the client instant access to leads as they came in, so they could follow up quickly and plan their post-event activity. By combining creativity, technology and a focus on the audience, we helped our client stand out from the competition, educate visitors and collect useful data, boosting brand awareness and opening the door to long-term relationships.
